From the Kitchen
I've outdone myself, yet again. And I have photographic proof!
There's pasta, chicken, herbs, green beans(threw them in with the pasta), Port ie fortified wine...lots of port :), olives, pine nuts, mushrooms, can of tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, and some extra salt. And maybe some more port - for me!
Drain the beans and pasta, drink some more port, mix in the meat and sauce stuffs, drink yet some more port, give it all a good stir while you grate parmesan cheese, then serve. Oh, and finish your glass of port if you haven't already.
